The order is delivered sealed to preserve the product from damage and loss, and to ensure that the product reaches the customer in the same condition as when it was prepared and left our warehouses. The customer has the right to register a replacement or partial/full refund for the order within 24 hours of receiving it. We will dispatch a representative within the same shipping period mentioned, providing either replacement parts or deducting only the shipping cost from the order value.
الطلب يسلم مغلق للحفاظ على المنتج من التلف والفقد ولضمان وصول المنتج للعميل على نفس حالته عند تجهيزه وخروجه من مخازننا ، يحق للعميل تسجيل عمليه استبدال او استرجاع جزئى او كلى للطلب خلال ٢٤ ساعه من استلامه للطلي ونقوم بارسال مندوب خلال نفس مده الشحن المذكوره بالقطع البديله او قيمه الطلب مخصوم منها فقط قيمة الشحن
